Our Team at Post L Group

Jeff Postell, Jr. is President, CEO of Post L Group. He founded the company in 2015 and continues to serve as the company’s visionary, driving force and sole owner.

Jeff attended a university after graduating from Lancaster High School and decided to embark upon a different path, that led him into the construction trades. He began working for a drywall company as an unskilled laborer and advanced step by step into roles with ever expanding responsibilities including assistant superintendent, superintendent, assistant PM,  project manager, and estimator preparing him to eventually launch and lead his own company.  As he fulfilled the roles within a trade contracting business, Jeff honed his knowledge, skills and confidence paving the way for his success as a chief executive.

Throughout his 27-year career Jeff has developed many key relationships and partnerships that have been key to Post L Group’s growth in the construction industry on K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, aviation, municipal, retail, heavy highway (vertical), and hospitality facilities. In addition to leading his business, Jeff has been a member, leader and volunteer serving numerous community organizations and boards. In 2022, he founded the Building Pathways, Inc. non-profit organization which opens doors to careers in construction for individuals that have not considered it as a career. Outside of the office, Jeff is a devoted husband and very active father to his three sons. Jeff and his wife live in Fort Worth.
