JEFF POSTELL - OWNER/CEO

Mr. Postell has worked in the construction industry since 1998. He entered the industry as an assistant superintendent and moved forward with tenures as a general superintendent, assistant project manager and project manager throughout his 19 year career. Jeffery’s duties later in his career have included pre-construction activity as well as business development. Over the years, his daily activities have included estimating/quantity take off, site supervision, quality control, project controls, budget tracking, scheduling, safety awareness, BIM coordination, and LEED coordination. He brings a wide variety of expertise. 

His project portfolio includes healthcare, municipal, correctional, retail, heavy highway (vertical), education, and hospitality. Jeffery is a strong leader and forms healthy working relationships to get the best out of his project team members to keep safety, project budgets and schedules as top priorities. Jeffery is trained and proficient utilizing various construction industry software. He is certified in: OSHA 30-Hour Safety, Several TEXO (AGC) certificates including CM-Lean and CM-BIM; and trained in first aid and CPR.
